Shipping Policy
Our current processing times are displayed in the banner at the top of the website. Please check this before placing your order, especially during busy periods.
All items are handmade to order in our workshop, meaning each piece is created especially for you with care and attention to detail.
Once completed, orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery services. Please note that delivery timeframes provided by Royal Mail are delivery aims and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.
If you would like to add additional items to an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible before placing a second order. Due to payment processing fees and order processing, we are unable to combine separate orders and refund postage costs once orders have been placed.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional postage costs will be required for redelivery.
As many of our items are personalised and handmade to order, we are unable to offer refunds for orders returned due to incorrect address details being provided.
