Do you ship overseas?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
How long will it take to get my orders?
All of our items are handmade to order in our workshop. Current processing times are displayed in the banner at the top of the website.
Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery services. Please note that delivery timeframes provided by Royal Mail are delivery aims and are not guaranteed, especially during busy periods
Are your items handmade?
Yes — all of our items are handmade to order in our workshop using carefully selected materials.
Can I personalise my order?
Many of our products can be personalised. Please ensure all spelling and details are entered correctly before placing your order.
Can I request a custom order?
We’re always happy to discuss custom ideas where possible. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
As all of our products are handmade using natural materials, slight variations in wood grain, texture and finish may occur. This is part of the unique character of handmade items.
