Refund Policy
We hope you love your order, however if you experience any issues, please contact us and we will always do our best to help.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return an eligible item, and a further 14 days to return the item to us.
As all of our products are handmade to order, personalised items and custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging where possible. Proof of purchase or your order number will also be required.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly. Where appropriate, replacement items will be sent as soon as reasonably possible.
Please note that our products are created using natural materials, meaning variations in wood grain, knots, texture, and finish are part of the character and uniqueness of each handmade item and are not considered faults.
Return requests should be made via email before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
